Apparently this is a video wrapped around an actual interview with ABC News.  It is funny as hell.  And a bit scary.

Charlie Sheen is a manic-depressive in a very manic state right now. His mind is racing and he's brilliant. And crazy. The video below shows him reciting a poem he wrote, but actually he's thinking all this stuff. Some manics-depressives are, to me, geniuses. Listen to this man rant. The only thing I don't like about him is his womanizing. That's a turn-off. But this man is a crazy poet and I can't ignore that.
